Common questions
Is Ekklesia free right now?
Yes — during the pilot programme. We're working closely with a small group of churches to refine the platform before public billing launches. You'll get plenty of notice before anything changes.
How secure is our church's data?
Ekklesia runs on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit. We follow GDPR principles and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Can we import existing member records?
Yes. CSV import is built in. If you're migrating from another system, our onboarding team can help with the heavy lifting.
Is there a mobile app?
Ekklesia is a Progressive Web App — it works in any browser and can be installed on your home screen for an app-like experience. No App Store download needed.
Can we manage multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch can operate independently while central leadership keeps a unified view across the organisation.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days in case you need to recover anything, then delete it permanently.
Who builds and maintains Ekklesia?
Nylank Technologies — a registered software company. We're engineers who've spent time understanding how church offices actually work.
